1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

2. Return Request Time Frame
All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not return any item without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Nadav Hike will cover the return shipping charges.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method—however, since we only offer Cash on Delivery, eligible refunds will be issued.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Exchanges

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos and your order number to [email protected], and we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
9. International Returns
Nadav Hike operates worldwide. However, for international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
